Welder Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
Pay Rate : $24.00-$26.00/hr
Location : Hamilton, OH
Welder Requirements/Qualifications

• Resume and interview required.
  
• Connector PPW required.
  
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
  
• Extensive aluminum welding experience required.
  
• TIG and MIG welding experience required.
  
• Experience welding aluminum from .063" to 3/8" thickness.
  
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  
• Basic math skills required.
  
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Connector background check required.
  

• Weld a variety of parts according to print specifications.
  
• Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum components.
  
• Set up welding fixtures for different part applications.
  
• Ensure welds meet quality and print specifications.
  
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
  
• Assist with training other employees as needed.
  
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors.
