The Position As an Immigration Case Manager on Ellis Porter’s High-Skilled Immigration (HSI) team, you will support our clients across a variety of industries as they navigate the immigration process and pursue exciting professional opportunities. Your role will encompass legal writing, case management, and the thoughtful use of emerging technologies to research, draft, and prepare persuasive legal briefs and supporting documentation. Under the direction of our HSI Attorneys and Senior Case Managers, you'll prepare comprehensive, well-structured legal briefs for a range of employment-based immigration matters. This full-time position (40 hours/week) offers flexible work arrangements including remote, hybrid, or on-site options at our Troy, MI or Ann Arbor, MI offices. Please note - although this role can be remote, all work must be performed within the United States.
