Hospice RN Case Manager — Sign-On Bonus

The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, care planning, and education on end-of-life care. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor), an active RN license, and strong English communication; CPR certification is required.
