Visiting Nurse Association of Texas (VNA Texas) seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary hospice team, delivering skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Dallas County. The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and families, oversee care plans, and ensure quality and continuity of services.
