About the role: As a Lead Risk Analyst, you will be a strategic advisor within the risk management function for Westinghouse's new nuclear plants, using experience to influence project outcomes and organizational risk culture. You show a track record in navigating high-stakes project environments, identifying new risks, and developing mitigation strategies that align with our goals. You will report to the Director of New Plants Risk Management and work in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implement project risk reviews with subject matter experts at the project level to ensure identification of main risks.
• These reviews should lead to the development of risk registers with comprehensive mitigations.
• Screen top risks with commercial, project and operations leadership and identify risks to be addressed.
• Present risk analysis findings using data-driven insights and scenario planning techniques.
• Be a subject matter expert for risk management platforms and tools and improve adoption of digital risk solutions across the team.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with risk processes.
• Develop and deliver executive-level risk reports, facilitate risk workshops, and contribute to strategic risk discussions at the business unit level.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related field; relevant master's or MBA.
• Advanced certifications such as CRM, PMP, or Six Sigma.
• 7 + years of experience in project delivery, risk management, or facilitation, including experience leading risk programs for large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative risk assessment methodologies.

We estimate the base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon qualifications, to be $103,200 to $129,000 per year.
