Field Service Technician

Job Title: Field Service Technician Location: Saint Paul, MN What's the Job? Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on hardware and software platforms using established protocols. Conduct routine installations, configurations, and assemblies of systems and products in accordance with standard procedures. Respond promptly to service, product, technical, and customer inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes. Maintain daily production goals, exceed response time expectations, and support operational plans with minimal supervision. What's Needed? High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience with demonstrated competence. Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field. Ability to manage consumable inventory, replace toner/consumables, and assist end users with device functionality. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform initial diagnostics and repairs. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. What's in it for me?
