Exciting Opportunity for a Gastroenterologist

We are thrilled to present a unique position for a Gastroenterologist within a hospital setting, featuring block scheduling, a focus on procedures, and no outpatient responsibilities. This role allows you to contribute to the development of a burgeoning inpatient GI service.

A regional healthcare system located along the Texas Gulf Coast is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join a newly established inpatient GI hospitalist program. This is a distinctive chance to engage in 100% inpatient Gastroenterology while enjoying a consistent schedule and a favorable work-life balance.

Position Highlights

• Exclusively inpatient Gastroenterology practice
• No outpatient duties, follow-ups, or inbox management
• Flexible block scheduling options: 7 on / 7 off or 14 on / 14 off
• Focus on inpatient consultations and procedures
• ERCP skills are appreciated but not mandatory
• Support from Advanced Practice Providers and collaborative specialty coverage
• Access to modern endoscopy facilities and EPIC EMR
