Hybrid work schedule (3 days in, 2 days out)! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal for a confidential client. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated legal team focused on helping clients navigate sensitive family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and domestic relations.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting attorneys through all phases of family law litigation and be comfortable managing client communications, court filings, and case documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file legal documents including petitions, motions, discovery requests, and court forms
• Organize and maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines for hearings and court appearances
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and case summaries
• Coordinate mediation and deposition scheduling
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client matters

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in family law
• Strong understanding of family law procedures, terminology, and court systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with high-conflict custody or complex divorce cases
• Familiarity with e-filing systems and local court rules
• Paralegal certificate or relevant legal training is a plus

Pay Details: $47,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
