Student Enrollment Representative

What You'll Do As a Student Enrollment Representative, you'll play a key role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process. Key responsibilities include: Responding promptly to new inquiries and maintaining consistent outreach activity. Conducting consultations and interviews to evaluate student interest and fit. Building relationships with prospective students and supporting them through admissions. Recruiting and enrolling qualified applicants while ensuring compliance with institutional, accreditation, state, and federal guidelines. Participating in recruitment initiatives and enrollment-related activities. Achieving established performance metrics and enrollment objectives. Qualifications Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or relevant professional experience in admissions, education, recruiting, sales, customer engagement, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Experience managing large applicant or customer pipelines and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional presence with a customer-focused approach. Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure. Strong work ethic, persistence, and commitment to achieving results. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Passion for helping students succeed and contributing to organizational growth. Flexibility and resilience when faced with changes or challenges. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
