Boeing 767 First Officer - Kansas City (Eastern Airlines)

The Opportunity As a key member of our 767 flight crew, you will partner with the Captain to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo and the safe conduct of each flight. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused operation while upholding Eastern's commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional service. What You'll Do Work in close coordination with the Captain to execute all phases of flight safely and efficiently, ensuring the well-being of passengers, crew, and cargo. Provide guidance and coordinate with personnel involved in all phases of aircraft operations. Remain operationally responsible to the Captain and perform flight duties as assigned. Maintain a current FAA First-Class medical and immediately notify the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, or designee of any condition affecting fitness for duty. Assume authority on behalf of the Captain should the Captain become incapacitated. Communicate clearly with crew members and customers, and contribute to a safe, professional, customer-focused operation. What You Bring License: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) - unrestricted or restricted. Medical: FAA First-Class medical (current or able to obtain prior to training). Type rating: Multi-engine type rating; preference for applicants typed on the B-767 or B-757. Experience: Previous B-767 FAR Part 121 and Crew Resource Management (CRM) experience preferred. Record: Impeccable safety and training history. Knowledge: Strong understanding of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures. Documents: Valid driver's license and passport. Language: English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher. Work authorization: Eligible to work in the United States (U.S. passport holder or Green Card). Screening: Able to pass DOT pre-employment drug test, drug/alcohol background checks, and criminal history records check. Flexibility: Willing to work days, swing, or midnight shifts and holidays via seniority-based bidding; travel as required.
