What You'll Do

• Assess and develop personalized speech and language therapy plans for high-acuity long-term care patients
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, therapists, and physicians
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Participate in facility meetings and contribute to care planning and quality improvement efforts

What You Need

• Current Missouri SLP license and BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in SNF or LTC preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Respect for diverse patient populations and a commitment to quality care
