Hennepin Healthcare seeks a Diabetes Educator - Dietitian to deliver culturally sensitive DSMT and nutrition education at the Richfield Clinic. The role is 0.6 FTE (48 hours per pay period), in-person, Monday–Friday, days, at the Diabetes Dept. Requires RD licensure, two years of diabetes care experience, and CADS certification is preferred.
