Diabetes Educator & Dietitian - Culturally Responsive Care

Hennepin Healthcare’s Diabetes Dept is seeking a Dietitian to provide culturally sensitive diabetes education, nutrition counseling, and DSMT to patients, families, and staff. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain Epic documentation, and participate in professional activities as an RD licensed in Minnesota.
