Client Summary:

Health-tech company focused on transforming clinical workflows.
Integrates digital solutions into existing EMR systems.

Eliminates outdated communication methods like faxes and phone calls.
Streamlines medical order management and clinical collaboration.
Improves patient outcomes through more efficient workflows.

Position Responsibilities:

Own the technical build and delivery of customer implementations across health system and post-acute care environments
Lead technical discovery, scoping, and solution strategy sessions to define integration requirements and implementation plans
Execute and coordinate technical implementation activities involving HL7v2, FHIR APIs, XML, flat-file exchanges, and API-driven workflows
Serve as the primary technical advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
Partner with Customer Success on project plans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications
Troubleshoot complex data and interoperability issues including mapping, transformation, ingestion, and validation
Develop and maintain scalable implementation playbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation
Drive process improvement initiatives to improve consistency, efficiency, and time to value
Stay current on healthcare interoperability standards including TEFCA, QHINs, FHIR, PACIO, and Direct Secure Messaging

Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in healthcare IT implementations, interoperability, or enterprise healthcare software environments
Strong experience with EMR ecosystems including Epic, Cerner, Athena, revenue cycle systems, and ERP platforms
Hands-on experience with HL7v2, FHIR APIs, EDI, XML, flat-file processing, and API-driven workflows
Strong understanding of healthcare data integration including mapping, transformation, validation, and data integrity best practices
Proven ability to manage complex implementations from technical discovery through go-live and post-production support
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Direct experience with HL7 and FHIR-based interoperability workflows in provider or care coordination environments
Background in health systems, post-acute care, home health, or care coordination organizations
Experience with Epic ecosystem integrations and Agile implementation methodologies
Familiarity with TEFCA, QHINs, PACIO, and Direct Secure Messaging standards
Exposure to clinical workflows and operational processes within provider organizations

Compensation $130k-$165k
