A well-established general contractor is adding a Data Center Project Manager to help deliver large mission-critical builds around Mesa and the greater Phoenix area. What You'll Do Run data center projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning and turnover Manage budgets, cost reports, change orders and schedules so there are no surprises Coordinate closely with owners, design teams and electrical and mechanical trade partners Work hand in hand with superintendents to keep sites safe, organized and on track Support and mentor assistant project managers and project engineers Give owners clear, regular updates on progress and risks What You Bring Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required) Comfort with heavy MEP scopes, critical power, cooling and phased turnovers Strong scheduling and cost control skills A friendly, team-first approach and solid communication skills A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience What We Offer Competitive salary, bonus and benefits, a steady pipeline of mission-critical work in the Phoenix market, and a supportive team that wants you to grow.
