Senior Analyst, Solutions – Fusion Transport, LLC; Rutherford, New Jersey. Job duties include the following: Conducting comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement; Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements; Developing and presenting detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations; Leading solution design initiatives by evaluating potential approaches and selecting the most effective strategies; Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet desired outcomes and adjust as necessary; Analyzing customer sales data to identify trends and network patterns, and develop pricing models and projections for inbound, fulfillment, and outbound operations; Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, to align pricing strategies with broader business objectives; and Designing data driven network optimization strategies that identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements for existing and prospective clients.

Must have a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or related field plus three (3) years of experience in any occupation which includes the required experience/skills. Experience must include: Three (3) years of experience with data analysis tools including Excel and Power BI; Two (2) years of experience with assessing and analyzing source data to design unique logistics products complementary to both client and service providers. Strong understanding of retail logistics and performance standards across North America; Two (2) years of experience with navigating and extracting data from TMS and WMS platforms similar to Synapse and Mercury Gate; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets; and Strong immersive understanding of the geographic location(s) of warehouse site selections. Then, relative to unique distribution points across multi modes of transportation, optimizing cost, time and efficiencies. May work from home office located anywhere in the United States. 5d/40hrs/wk; $88,525/yr.
