BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Clarks Summit, PA office. This office offers full-service skilled and non-skilled home care to clients. Visit our clients and conduct assessments in Clarks Summit, PA and other surrounding areas. Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. Supervise RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs in the field. Facilitate new hire orientation for RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs. Participate in the training of RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs Qualifications for the Clinical RN Manager Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN. Trach/vent experience is a plus; training will be provided and supported after hire. Supervisory experience.
