What You'll Do
- Create a safe and welcoming environment by actively patrolling the resort and maintaining a visible, reassuring presence
- Deliver exceptional guest service while monitoring and managing access to ensure the security of our property
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with sound judgment and care
- Support our guests and team members by providing assistance, answering questions, and offering clear, helpful information
- Document daily activities and any incidents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Uphold resort policies and standards with respect, professionalism, and discretion
- Provide basic first aid and emergency response when needed
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless and safe guest experience
What to Bring
- A passion for service and a genuine care for people
- High school diploma or equivalent, with prior security experience preferred
- Valid State of Hawaii Guard Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
- Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and composed in all situations
- Sound judgment, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the resort for extended periods
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to upholding Four Seasons' standards of excellence
