Receiving Clerk Team Member, 3rd Shift

Mg) Requisition Number : RECEI001178 Full-Time On-site Locations Greenfield, IN 46140, USA Description Regular predictable attendance and the ability to work overtime and Saturdays Other duties may be assigned. Receive and unload incoming shipments, parts, and materials. Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documentation Inspect incoming materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly Accurately enter receiving data into ERP or inventory management systems Label and tag materials according to company standards and department requirements Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, and Production teams to resolve discrepancies Stage and transport materials to designated storage or production areas Maintain organized receiving and staging areas to ensure efficiency and safety Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock accuracy initiatives Maintain proper documentation and filing of receiving records Follow all safety procedures and company policies, including PPE requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1+ year of experience in a receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret packing slips and purchase orders Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or conveyor system environment Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Accuracy and attention to detail Time management and prioritization Communication and teamwork Problem-solving and discrepancy resolution Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely Comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial setting Working Conditions Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
