Service Sales Specialist

Compensation Range $ 28.00 Job Title Service Sales Specialist Location Daleville, VA Company Munters Corporation (Daleville, VA) Job Summary Provides effective Sales leadership, supervision and delivery of projects within the field service, operations and manufacturing functions in close cooperation with the project owner. Is responsible for the successful delivery of all quotes, ensuring compliance with the quote specifications and ensuring that orders are delivered on time, to budget and according to Terms and Conditions. Understand that service's major role is one of instant response to customers' needs and focus as part of a team always make us available to our customers' needs, urgent or otherwise. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Provide service quotes to support projects in the field by defining project scope, cost estimates, goals and deliverables with collaboration as required from Munters, engineering, production, quality and service groups. Manages service sales contracts including managing risk of contractual obligations relating to projects. Prepares contractual claims including extensions of time, prolongation cost, acceleration cost and all other contractual claims in support of field service projects. Proficient in project schedule management. Provides timely response to all sales requests. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections. Understands pricing model and billing procedures. Follows-up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices. Ensures service sales legal documents are completed and signed on a timely basis. Follows through and reviews project scope to ensure cost and profitability are being met. Keeps track of lessons learned and share those lessons with management. Competencies Documentation & Record Management - Demonstrates proficiency in process documentation, handling and retrieval of data to make valid manuals available across the organization. Strong Communications/Interpersonal Skills Self-Motivated and Driven Detailed Oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Strong Computer Skills including (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years in Sales related field preferred Physical Requirements The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer terminals, expansive reading, etc. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
