What You Will Be Doing

• Estate Planning & Administration: Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives tailored to client goals.
  
  
• Probate & Estate Settlement: Guide families and personal representatives through the formal probate process and estate administration.
  
  
• Medicaid Planning: Assist clients with long-term care planning and navigating complex Medicaid application processes.
  
  
• Business Transactions: Advise small-to-medium businesses on formations, contract drafting, governance, and commercial transactions.
  
  
• Limited Litigation: Provide cross-functional support on occasional probate or commercial disputes as needed.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the Idaho State Bar (required)
  
  
• Up to 5 years of legal experience (entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply)
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset and a commitment to treating staff, colleagues, and clients with respect
  
  
• Strong writing, research, and organizational abilities
