• Thorough knowledge of - or ability to learn with training - small hand and power tools and related equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
• Ability to direct other workers when performing a task
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with coworkers
• and associates.
• Possession of a Commercial Pennsylvania Driver's License Class B with a good driving record status; the City may order a driver's license record at its discretion.
