Real Estate Sales Specialist

With daily leads, proven business systems, professional marketing, and a collaborative culture, you’ll have everything you need to focus on what you do best: helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Responsibilities: • Build and nurture relationships with clients to create lifelong referral partners • Consistently follow up with leads to grow your pipeline and secure appointments • Consult with buyers and sellers to guide them through their real estate journey • Negotiate offers and work with the contract management team to get your transactions to the closing table • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and community insights • Leverage Thrive’s marketing and client support systems to enhance the client experience Qualifications: • Active real estate license (or currently pursuing one) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients • Tech-savvy and adaptable (experience with CRMs is a plus; we use Follow Up Boss) • Sales experience is preferred but not required; we’ll provide the training and support Compensation: $100,000 yearly
