Key Responsibilities

• Support product roadmap definition, prioritization, and release planning
• Define user journeys, workflows, and business processes aligned with product vision and goals
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure effective communication of requirements and timely delivery
• Partner with stakeholders across business, UX, risk, cyber/fraud, communications, legal, and compliance
• Prepare presentations, user demos, and status updates for stakeholders
• Define and track KPIs to measure product adoption and usage, and advocate for adoption

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Agile Certification
• Product Management Certification
