A company is looking for a Financial Services Representative to manage past due payments from students. Key Responsibilities Collect on past due accounts via inbound and dialer campaigns Process payments and secure payment commitments from students Update records and provide feedback to management based on interactions Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required Preferred experience in collections or customer service Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and dialer calls Proper phone etiquette and a goal-oriented attitude
