Financial Services Representative **Remote""

This role is Fully Remote
Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (overtime as needed)
Temporary for 2 months
About the Role:
As an Account Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the onboarding and ongoing management of client accounts. This position requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a willingness to learn and navigate complex financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain account data for existing and transitioning firms
Review new account submissions for completeness and accuracy
Respond to inquiries regarding paperwork and account setup
Initiate incoming transfers and direct rollovers
Update client account details and special account features
Assist in resolving documentation issues and educate advisors on system processes
Organize and maintain digital client records
Process account closures and update statuses accordingly
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in financial services is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
