Your Role: As a Service Advisor , you will be the bridge between our customers and the service department . Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service , ensure accurate vehicle diagnostics , and offer clear communication regarding repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities:
- ️ Greet customers with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
- ️ Listen to vehicle concerns and accurately document service needs.
- ️ Provide repair recommendations and cost estimates.
- ️ Communicate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
- ️ Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- ️ Maintain records of all service transactions.
- ️ Promote dealership services and maintenance programs.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repairs and services .
- Proficiency with computer systems and service software.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
