Dogwood Veterinary Specialty and Emergency is growing, and we are looking for a board-certified or residency-trained Criticalist to join an established critical care team that believes exceptional ICU medicine is built through collaboration. Dogwood has six ECC doctors on staff, creating an environment where criticalists can collaborate with criticalists, discuss challenging cases, share knowledge, support one another, and continue pushing the standard of care forward.

Critical care has been part of Dogwood's foundation from the beginning. It influences how our hospital is designed, how our teams collaborate, and how we approach the most complex patients.

You'll practice alongside:

• Six ECC doctors
• Eight emergency doctors, including a Certified Palliative Care DVM
• Three surgeons
• Two neurologists
• A cardiologist
• An oncologist
• A dedicated anesthesiologist
• Internal Medicine support every weekday
• A collaborative team of board-certified and residency-trained specialists

Our advanced capabilities include:

• Dialysis and renal replacement therapy
• Mechanical ventilation and advanced respiratory support
• Advanced hemodynamic and ICU monitoring
• Transfusion medicine with in-house blood bank
• CT, MRI, ultrasound, and digital radiology
• Advanced surgical and interventional capabilities
