Litigation Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior to mid-level health care litigation associate to join its federal litigation practice in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of federal litigation or appellate experience, with strong writing skills and the ability to work independently. Duties Draft motions and briefs for litigation matters. Handle federal litigation and appellate cases. Engage in health care reimbursement litigation and compliance. Participate in government investigations and False Claims Act work. Navigate complex legal subject matter effectively. Requirements Two to four years of federal litigation or appellate experience. Experience in Administrative Procedure Act litigation preferred. Experience with government and private payor disputes is a plus. Federal clerkship experience preferred. Active South Carolina bar admission or UBE transferable score required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active South Carolina bar admission or UBE transferable score. Skills Superb writing, research, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver strong work products. Team-oriented with ambition and drive.
