As an Event Assistant, you’ll help support the planning, preparation, and delivery of events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with event setup, preparation, and breakdown as needed. Supporting promotional events, brand activations, and community outreach activities. Welcoming attendees and providing helpful information. Communicating with customers and members of the public in a friendly, professional manner. Helping coordinate event materials, displays, and promotional resources. Working with team members to keep activities organized and running smoothly. Supporting event objectives and creating positive experiences for attendees. Participating in training sessions and team meetings to develop your skills. Who We’re Looking For
