About Nehalem Valley Care Center

We are an established skilled nursing facility serving multiple communities along the Oregon Coast. Our services span the full continuum of care - from short-term rehabilitation to long-term nursing, Alzheimer's, and hospice care. Your Role

As a CNA/Caregiver, you are the most visible and consistent presence in our residents' lives - their trusted, friendly face each day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and recording vital signs

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living: dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and toileting

• Supporting safe transfers, positioning, and range of motion exercises

• Providing medication reminders

• Delivering individualized physical, psychological, and social support

• Upholding each resident's dignity, comfort, and quality of life

This is a highly hands-on role that requires flexibility, compassion, and a genuine commitment to resident well-being.

What We're Looking For

You're a great fit if you:

• Hold a current, active Oregon CNA certification

• Are in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing

• Communicate clearly and work well within a team

• Are dependable, patient, and detail-oriented
