• Must Currently be Enrolled in a bachelor's degree ( Junior or Senior ) or master's degree in four-year college or university program pursuing Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or other related fields.
• Location: Lake Mary, FL Headquarters
• Work Schedule: Must be able to work 20 hours a week minimum. During School students can work a max of 28 hours a week during business hours and During school Breaks and Summer can work up to 40 hours a week as needed if not taking over 12+ credits for Summer. (We will work around your school schedule).
• Length of Internship: 1 Year Minimum and could extend longer OR turn into a full-time position with approved headcount.
• Target start date: As soon as needed and must be able to work over the Summer.

Our products include advanced class gas turbines, hydrogen gas turbines, digital solutions, and renewable energy project development.

The Digital Marketing Associate is tasked with supporting the Marketing Communications team through a variety of digital marketing initiatives across content, web, social media, email, CRM, and digital communications channels. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines and opportunities to contribute to programs that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement while developing a well-rounded understanding of modern digital marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support website updates, content publishing, and quality assurance to help maintain accurate, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences.
• Support CRM and email marketing initiatives, including contact management, audience segmentation, form management, landing page buildouts, and campaign execution.
• Support content development by drafting copy for social media, web pages, email communications, and marketing materials.
• Help monitor and report on website, email, and social media performance and support the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations that highlight key metrics and campaign results.
• Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, competitors, and digital marketing opportunities.
• Assist with SEO initiatives, including keyword research, metadata optimization, content audits, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate marketing projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support content and campaign deliverables.

Requirements

• Education and/or Experience: Enrolled in a bachelor's degree (BS) or master's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or other related fields from four-year, accredited college or university. (Junior preferred).
• Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop content for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with basic marketing metrics, percentages, ratios, and performance data. Ability to interpret analytics and reporting information to support data-driven decision-making.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, interpret marketing performance data, and recommend solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media, CMS, SEO, web analytics, CRM (HubSpot), email marketing, and content creation tools, is a plus. Experience with WordPress or Drupal a plus.
