Position Overview L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Office Engineer Interns for a hands‑on opportunity to support our project management team. As an intern, you will gain valuable experience in a variety of tasks and responsibilities that are crucial to the success of our water and wastewater construction projects. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with daily management tasks Support scheduling, budgeting, and concept board development Help with the preparation of submittals, RFIs (Request for Information), and material management Conduct field inspections to ensure project specifications are being met Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with safety standards Duration : Semester-based, with potential for full-time employment after graduation. Ideal Candidate Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Strong interest in the water and wastewater industry Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and take initiative Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude Previous internship experience or coursework in construction is a plus, but not required.
