Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop effective treatment programs tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using innovative and personalized therapeutic techniques designed to promote emotional healing and personal growth.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly assessing and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.

• Provide teletherapy as a primary means of service delivery, using secure digital platforms to ensure client confidentiality and comfort.

• Maintain precise and ethical documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports to uphold the standards of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance your clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adults as well as children and adolescents facing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will be responsible for fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment where clients feel valued and understood, enabling them to work through their difficulties and achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a prerequisite for this position.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
