Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and emerging treatments. Engage in clinical research, trials, and stay current with oncology advancements. Consult on complex cases and offer second opinions. Use EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination. Participate in patient education, counseling, and multidisciplinary case discussions. Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a patient-centered care environment. Minimal hospital call and shared responsibilities with the clinical team.
