Position Overview: As a Hematology/Oncology Physician at our Harmony Campus, you will be integral to a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering world-class treatment for patients with a broad spectrum of hematological and oncological conditions, including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and other hematologic disorders. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver individualized, evidence-based care to patients across the spectrum of hematological and oncological diagnoses. * Collaborate closely with a team of nine physicians, eight advanced practice providers (APPs), nurses, care managers, and support staff to ensure seamless, comprehensive care. * Develop and implement treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and supportive care. * Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards, clinical research initiatives, and the adoption of emerging treatment modalities. * Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation, care coordination, and compliance. * Provide consultative services, second opinions, and complex case management. * Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in oncology and hematology. * Support a work schedule with minimal call responsibilities, shared across a large clinical team. Qualifications: * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology. * Eligibility for medical licensure in Colorado. * Support for visa candidates is available. * Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
