Hematology / Oncology - Permanent Location: Fort Collins, Colorado Facility: Cancer Care and Hematology Clinic Employment Type: Permanent only ( No locums / no locums-to-perm ) PRACTICE OVERVIEW (Quick View)
- Focus: Comprehensive cancer & hematology care
- Patient Population: Leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and solid tumors
- Care Model: Disease-specific, collaborative, team-based
- Team Size:
- 9 Physicians
- 8 APPs
- Nurse navigators, care managers & full support staff
- EMR: EPIC
- Clinical Research: Active participation encouraged
- Shifts: Daytime (flexibility depending on scheduling needs)
- Weekends: Minimal
- Call:
- Minimal , shared with 13 clinicians + 2 oncology hospitalists
- Work-Life Balance: Strong due to large call pool
- Provide direct care for oncology & hematology patients
- Develop and manage treatment plans for complex cases
- Offer consultations and second opinions
- Collaborate with:
- Physicians & APPs
- Nurse navigators & care managers
- Utilize innovative therapies and emerging technologies
- Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered cancer care
- Board Certified or Board Eligible - Hematology/Oncology
- Eligible for permanent employment ( no locums candidates )
