Job Summary Registered Nurse – Inpatient Surgical – Full Time, Third (Nights) – Williamsburg, VA – Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center. Responsibilities The RN is responsible for performing competent nursing care using the nursing process. Primary duties include assessing and admitting patients, conducting bedside rounds, administering medications, communicating with families, and providing overall patient care. Teamwork and collaboration are essential to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Qualifications RN Degree (Diploma, ADN, BSN, or MSN) with a valid RN license in Virginia. Previous RN experience preferred; new graduates welcome. BLS certification within 90 days of hire. Compensation & Benefits Up to $20,000 bonus. $7,500 for New Grad RNs.
