We are looking for a specialist for the position of Construction Supervisor.

Your Tasks:

• Managing a group of installers (40-50 people), planning, and coordinating work.
• Planning schedules and resources in close cooperation with the production, logistics, equipment, and installation teams.
• Contact with the client and all project parties – you are the key contact on site.
• Ensuring high quality standards and their continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications:

• Professional experience (also in the form of internships or previous projects) – preferably in the construction or energy sector.
• Good knowledge of office programs and willingness to learn our ERP system (Navision).
• Ability to communicate at different levels – from installers to clients.
• Willingness to travel for work and a valid driver’s license category B.
• Independence, good organization, and stress resistance.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of German is desirable.
