Construction Supervisor

Construction Supervisor Location: Houston, TX (NASA Johnson Space Center)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (with overtime as needed)
Pay: $95k-$105k DOE
About the Role We're seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee commercial building projects at NASA Johnson Space Center. The right candidate will bring hands-on commercial construction experience , strong leadership skills, and the ability to keep projects safe, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and progress.
- Lead and support field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Maintain communication with management and stakeholders.
- Review drawings (architectural, mechanical, electrical) for compliance.
- Prepare and submit project status reports.
- Commercial building construction experience required.
- Degree in Construction Management OR 10+ years of construction experience.
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and effective leader.
- Must pass background check and drug screen; valid driver's license required.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for NASA site access.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
- Prior experience supervising industrial or government construction projects.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
