Stocking 2 Coach, Non-Complex, Management Location: 2765 W Washington St, Stephenville, TX 76401-3740 Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 / year Job type: Regular, Permanent Position Summary Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates. Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations and business initiatives, introduce and lead company change efforts, and provide clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions. Model exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model and managing customer service initiatives. Drive the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes. Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset. Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments while building accountability and measuring progress in achieving business goals. Qualifications 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Successful completion of required job trainings and assessments. For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training. For facilities that sell ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or equivalent. Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
