Ascension Living PACE - Michigan is seeking to add a new Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to our team in Flint Michigan. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice.

Join an established team of 3 Physicians and 2 Apps. Call structure: 1:5 weeks. Practice setting: Outpatient practice caring for a panel of geriatric patients. Employed position within a nonprofit health system. Full time benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement). Clinical autonomy & holistic care. Collaborative interdisciplinary practice.

We offer a truly sustainable practice model: with a manageable caseload of approximately 80 patients and a focused daily volume of 26 visits, you are afforded the meaningful time required to build genuine, longitudinal relationships with your patients.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
