What You'll Do Learn the fundamentals of US IT Recruiting from experienced industry professionals. Source and identify top technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting tools. Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, communication, and overall fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Partner with senior recruiters and account managers to support client hiring needs. Develop a strong understanding of the US technology job market and recruiting best practices. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
