Recruiter for Manufacturing

For 40 years, Dynomax, Inc. , a family owned business, has designed, manufactured, and developed high-precision machined components, electrical components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles. We are growing and need ambitious employees who want to make a difference and are willing to accept the challenges and grow with and within the company.

Recruiter Responsibilities Include

Source candidates utilizing job boards, networking, referrals, and other proactive means

Screen and assess candidates for all levels throughout the organization

Represent Dynomax at career fairs, community events, technical schools

Coordinate interview schedules and offers and maintain candidate documents

Support hiring managers on job descriptions, labor market insights, and interview techniques

Ensure all recruiting activities comply with Dynomax policies and employment laws

What We Are Looking For In a Recruiter

Demonstrated success recruiting for technical, professional, and manufacturing roles

Strong sourcing skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple requisitions to meet staffing requirements

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

Applicant Tracking System experience
