Customer support engineer

job summary:
Join Our Client as a Customer Support Engineer in Kennesaw, GA to drive innovative energy solutions! We seek a customer-focused tech pro with a degree/HS diploma & 1-2+ years in technical support/BAS to optimize building energy systems and support client operations.

• Execute and lead Energy Management Solutions, analyzing system and energy data to identify energy optimization opportunities across client facilities.

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, resolving complex customer issues while managing customized client procedures.

• Collaborate with field operations teams, contractors, and vendors to review technical documentation (wiring diagrams, as-builts) and ensure project workflow schedules are met.

• Accurately complete required operational paperwork, including work order postings, call logging, technical documentation, and status updates.

• Experience level: Experienced
