Gastroenterology Telephone Triage Registered Nurse

Cone Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our LeBauer Healthcare Endo GI Telephone Triage team. This RN provides remote clinical assessment, symptom-based triage, and care coordination for Endoscopy and GI patients, using evidence-based protocols and critical thinking to determine appropriate care level and urgency. Responsibilities include patient education, medication and prep instructions, post-procedure follow-up, documentation in the EMR, and close collaboration with GI physicians and clinic staff. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and time management skills, and a commitment to compassionate, inclusive patient care.
