Chef / Kitchen Manager

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and passionate Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations and culinary team. This position is responsible for maintaining high food quality standards, managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance, and supporting a positive team environment. Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations and service execution Manage and train kitchen staff Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Monitor inventory, ordering, and food cost control Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and health regulations Create staff schedules and support efficient labor management Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchen Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure excellent guest experiences Assist with menu development and seasonal specials Qualifications: Previous chef and/or kitchen management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Experience with inventory, ordering, and labor management Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: Competitive pay Growth opportunities Supportive team environment Employee dining benefits To apply, please submit your resume and relevant experience.
