About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neurosciences Duration: 15 weeks Shift: 3rd Shift, 12-hour nights, float as needed, up to every other weekend Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required, clinical competence in the care and management of specific patient populations License: Requires current state Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact Certifications: - American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider or an approved equivalent Must-Have: - Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing - Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations Description: The Registered Nurse is a practitioner responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population.
