Jowat Corporation has an opening for a Material Handler Forklift Operator on our night shift, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am on a 2-2-3 schedule. The Material Handler is responsible for pulling all materials for materials to and from the production floor. This role will need to maintain a high level of housekeeping in the warehouse and attention to detail. Your Responsibilities Complete all transfer orders by scanning to machines in a timely manner. Return raw materials, packaging, remix, etc. to a storage location when they are no longer needed by scanning. Maintain a high level of housekeeping in warehouse including taking out trash, old pallets etc. Work with operators when in the process of changing over to a different product. Assist production employees when possible to ensure production does not stop. Perform other jobs as required by supervisor. Make an effort to complete all work orders by the end of your shift. Forklift inspection before every shift. Write down any material that will not scan on material transfer sheet to be placed away. Plug in the forklift at the end of your shift. Report any damages to finished goods. Report any unsafe working conditions. Our Requirements High School Diploma Forklift experience preferred. Attention to detail is a must.
