Weekly Pay: $1,192–$1,305.
Schedule: Part-Time | 22.5 hours per week.
School Year: 2025–2026.
Setting: Pre-K / Early Childhood.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide special education services to Pre-K students.

• Implement IEP goals and early intervention strategies.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and school staff.
• Model positive behavior and social-emotional skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Washington State ESA Certification with appropriate endorsement.
• Experience in special education or early childhood (Pre-K experience preferred).
• Familiarity with IEPs, documentation, and compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
